Great DVD, it was exactly what it said, and Intro to flying for non-pilots and it got me even more interested in taking flying lessons. I appreciated how easy it was to follow and how the explanations were slow and detailed. I am definitley going to keep this in my library and for sure watch it again, I think I will learn more the second time.

I am a first time flyer checking into the possibility of taking it up a notch, so to speak. I found some useful information in this video but a lot of it I learned already making my first flight as the pilot was a very good teacher.

My friend Rich has never been in a light plane before. I thought this video would be a good way to put to rest any misgivings he might have about flying. He enjoyed the video and we made plans to do some sightseeing in the Cherokee in the near future. The video did a good job explaining just what happens while flying a small plane.

The begining of the tape has some great pointers on getting the passanger involved in the process of preparing the plane for flight and help in route. I think this helped my wife.

Much too in depth and fast paced for someone unfamiliar with flying. The discussion of IFR was unnecessary. I thought that this would make a good introduction of the sport to pass around to friends/family, but it really doesn't fit that bill, unless you pause it often and fill in the gaps.
It is a great idea that needs to be reworked.

Focused on important issues if passenger would need to take over for pilot in an emergency. Viewing on DVD is much more helpful than just reading in a book.
