Too easy to tear. I know it's just foam but I wish these things were a bit more robust. Price too high for a small piece of foam.

The product description did not include that it comes with a ring to hold it in place. It would be nice to have that in the description so that I wouldn't have had to order a separate one for no reason.

The foam rubber gets torn easily, if the headset drags against something.
Over a year or so, the foam rubber fades and gets somewhat stiff, but the replacement price is easy enough to put on a new one every year or two.
