Pros
These phones work well, reasonably comfortable and quiet. The soft foam ear seals are great. The noise reduction is very important for me, it helps me hear the radio. My hearing is not so great, especially with background noise, and these phones made a difference for me.... Helped my training.
Cons
They are a little bulkier than others, but this is not really an issue. Sort of expensive, the price on these has gone up recently?
General Comments
The pair I just bought was my second set of identical phones, I bought these for my passenger. I fly with my girlfriend who is a piano tuner. So... her hearing is very important, I needed some good noise cancelling phones for her.

Works very well so far. Very comfortable on long trips, even with eye glasses.
Cons
Large ear cups can be bulky. Power must be turned off manually.
General Comments
Seems to be a great bargain for the money. One third the price of a Bose.

Pros
Probably good as a starter headset.
Cons
Too bulky. They don't seal well around glasses which causes a loud rumble with takeoff power. Uncomfortable on long flights.
General Comments
Ordered two of these headsets for backseat passengers in an Aztec. One of the headsets came with a short in the receiver wire near the plug which causes the audio to cut in and out. Exchanging them for Lightspeed Zulu headsets. We have the Zulu headsets in the front seats and are very happy with them.

Pros
Super comfy! Light and the air/head pads really feel good on your head. THE ANR works great in Cessna's and Pipers. Haven't used them in a twin but I'm sure they are great tere too.
Cons
They dont reallly fit into the bag the came in (the ear foam is so thick), but thats not really a con.
The boom mic could be a little longer, but not a problem.
General Comments
I bought two, one for my wife and I, and we are extremely pleased. I have telex, Flightcoms, and DC (all passive) and they are much better, even without the ANR turned on! They are lighter, fit better, and dont squeeze my head. I have BOSE aviation X headsets at work, and I think these are just as nice.

Pros
I've always had good luck with support whether in, or out, of the warranty period.
Great reasonably priced ANR headset that works as expected.
Cons
Not a lot of noise reduction with ANR turned off.
I believe these are imported from China.
General Comments
I love these headsets. I wish that Lightspeed made these domestically because I will not be purchasing any more foriegn made products if domestic made alternatives are available.
So these may be the last Lightspeeds I own.

Pros
Excellent noise reduction, comfort and lightweight. There are better performing headsets out there, but they are much pricier than the 20XLc. Customer service is EXCELLENT; the headset did not come with a patch cord for the iPhone, but a service technician did not hesitate to send me one for free.
Cons
A little bulky, especially in the crowded cockpit of a Cessna 152! I'm not sure about the durability; the headset is assembled from plastic parts. So far, so good.
General Comments
A good choice for a "starter" headset if you are interested in active noise reduction.

Great features for a small price tag.
Cons
Not comfortable for me. Large and somewhat goofy size. Constantly knocked my "ears" on various portions of a small Cessna cockpit.
General Comments
I ended up sending back due to severe discomfort on long X-Countries. Fine for the practice area. I knew a couple of guys in flight school that had them and loved 'em. Comfort was fine for them. However, if you are serious about aviation, I would go with either the Zulus or the Bose.
