Great for preflight. Good color light for cockpit. Colored light is not too bright for cockpit. If you tighten it up around your neck it works great for looking at charts.

Not comfortable or convienent to wear with a headset.

The buttons are inset and a little difficult to press which would not be a problem, but during night flight i tend to use the light a lot, and the unusual amount of pressure required to turn on and off the light can get to be a little tedious after a while.
