Pros
Looks great, durable, easy to use with everything in arm's reach. Big enough to carry technical manuals and other materials in addition to headset, checklists, water and snacks. The dividers inside are very useful.
Cons
Interior is all felt, which is great except if you have kneeboards with velcro fasteners. Also, the price tag is higher than it should be.
General Comments
Great flight bag! Don't expect it to fit into small spaces, but it does fit a Dash 1 binder in addition to a lot of other mission planning and in-flight necessities. I'm toward the end of USAF T-1 training and wish I would have purchased this bag sooner.

Pros
The bag has worked well. Have used on a half dozen trips so far. The compartments have been a welcome addition since my previous "flight bag" was just a normal gym bag with one compartment. This bag holds all 4 of my headsets as well as convenient areas for charts, pens, flashlight, checklists, clipboard, logbook, and snacks for the kids. I even through in tie down straps during a recent trip and still had room for overnight supplies such as cloths etc.
Cons
The bag is rather large but I new this when I purchased. It has turned out to be easier to have the headset bags removed and zippered together as their own separate bag. I have not had the bag long enough to opine on it's Durability, Reliability, and Value but it seems to be rugged and made with high quality stitching. There is a strap attaching two zippers on the top of the bag. The dual zippers open a wide flap for better access. The second time out the strap came off one of the zippers due to poor stitching. All it took was a needle and thread and it's all fixed.
General Comments
Good bag for the money. Except for the strap that I fixed all of the other stiching seems durable.(I checked thoroughly after that) The bag holds a lot. With the extra headset bags attached it is a long bag but it is convenient to be able to have as an all-in-one and works well with the headset bags detatched and zippered together as one bag.

Pros
Rugged with one exception (see cons), lots of storage, removable headset bags. Good padding for headsets, and electronics.
Cons
The bottom of the bag should be ABS plastic, as this is going to be the wear point. The chart pockets need to be reinforced so they won't sag outward when you place 5-6 sectionals in them. The hand held radio pocket needs to be outside so you don't have to remove the antenna to store it. Also, there is no segregated pocket for your fuel tester, so putting inside the bag without placing it in a plastic bag is going to be messy.
General Comments
While the cons I mentioned make it sound like I did not like the bag, I thought it was versatile and will hold up under use. I just feel that in the rain, with the bag sitting on the tarmac that the bottom should be hard plastic to keep the water out, and in everyday use it would hold up much better.
Be advised that it is a BIG bag and great for students and those who need to carry everything with them. I do not use this for my everyday bag, but for a "catch all" for various IFR/VFR materials. So take the comments for what they are worth.

I went through two other bags. One broke within two weeks. I finally decided to try this one and am extremely satisfied with the construction. There is ample room for all of my books and tools. The headset compartments have more than enough room. This is most definitely a great buy.

Pros
Nicely laid out flight bag with lots of compartments to separate things. Well made durable bag with heavy-duty hardware.
I carry lots of stuff, and there is still room for more! (2 headsets w/extra batteries, GPS w/extra batteries, Icom Radio w/back-up battery, 3 FlightSafety checklists, Ac-U-Kwik, 2 calculators, Palm Pilot w/charger, 3 eyeglass cases, told cards/plotting charts, earplugs, pens, pencils, highlighters, passports, cell phones, wallet, paper & folders, FAR/AIM.)
Cons
Headset cases can be hard to take off. One side is easier than the other.
General Comments
You can keep everything organized and in 1 place. I like the fact that it can be carried as 1 bag or take the headsets off and join the headsets together to make 2 bags. Some cockpits have more room than others.

One of the D-ring straps came off and had to restitch. Maybe double stitching on the critical stress areas should be done.
