The attraction is this is a good start in an all-in-one packege.
Cons
The quality of some of the tools is less than top notch, but considering they're not for use on a regular basis, they're adequate. The multi-meter is is quite low quality. The hand tools are average quality, something less than Snap-on or Craftsman but workable in a pinch.

Good variety of tools. I used some within a week after I received my kit. I liked being able to have my tail number on the bag as a way of identifying it.
Cons
The bits for the screwdriver were loose and should have come in some type of container. Pockets in the bag would have been helpful in separating out items. Vice grips were not of the same quality as some of the other items.
General Comments
It should be mentioned that state sales tax will be included in the purchase price. There should be a way of shipping the kit at a cheaper rate even if it took longer.

Safety wire is 22 thou usually need 32 thou. Wire twisters are about the cheapest I have seen and hard to use.
