Same Day Shipping
We're proud to offer the fastest service of anyone in the mail order business. If you phone, fax or order over the Internet today before 4:00 P.M. Eastern, weekdays it will be on its way this afternoon. Mail orders ship the same day we receive them. In an effort to ensure your package will be there when you want it, we have created an easy-to-understand delivery map for you. Please use the delivery map to estimate the number of business days to ship to your home or business by standard surface delivery. As a precaution, you may want to allow an extra day for delivery to assure that your package arrives on time. Running short of time? Ask about our One/Two Day Express Shipping Service. Some of our larger products are shipped pre-paid motor freight from Sporty's and require longer delivery times. Please allow one to two weeks for those products. Return Policy
For over 40 years, in addition to same day shipping, Sporty's has offered same day returns and same day exchanges. Each day, we process all returns and exchanges before new orders go out. We know of no other company who does this!

Overall Rating Durability Reliablity Value Usability Expectations	Pros Relatively inexpensive; great for beginners; keeps things nice and quiet; receives and transmits very clear. Cons I don't have a con, but I'm curious to see how long an inexpensive headset will last. Only time will tell. I imagine that, like most things, if you take care of it, the headset will provide you with years of service. The warranty is for 5 years (I think), so you'll have at least that long. General Comments I didn't have the cash to fork out for a nice headset, but this ones serves my needs perfectly fine and does all I need. If you're looking for a quality headset that doesn't break the bank, I think this is a good one to consider.

My CFI recommended this headset to me. I absolutely love it. The price cant be beat. The headset is very comfortable. I did buy a Bose headset. I really like that one a lot too but this Telex 20 is a lot of head set for the money.

Cons I have to speak slightly above my normal talking voice to activate the microphone, but that is probably due to it not being activated by the normal noises in the airplane.
