The picture of the "Chief Pilot" hat looks so nice but the one I got... well, it's fair at best. The letters are not all the same size which makes it look unprofessional. So if you want a top notch embroidery job, go somewhere else. If you just want a hat to wear around the shop, the hat itself is fine.

Yes, the expand band is maxed out. This is my 4th hat I've ordered, starting with the extra long shield which lyou no longer offer.
