Welds seem to be in good order and it does fit correctly around the tailwheel. It is serving its intended purpose.
Cons
Paint on towbar is horrible...looks like it was painted with the last remnants of a can of 99 cent spray paint. Where there was a decent layer of paint, it was already scratched up. I also had doubts when I opened it that it was even going to fit around the tailwheel since each of the ends are not even close to lining up with each other.
General Comments
The tow bar serves it's purpose, but I was expecting a much better appearance on a $60 tool. If the price is to remain the same, I would suggest working on the finishing touches.
