The H10-60 has a noise reduction rating (NRR) of 21-23dB, depending on the pressure setting. Pros
Well it's a DC headset. The color isn't my favorite, but it's how it performs, right? I was recommended to use this by my friend. He was a rotor pilot in the Navy and has been flying for decades.
This baby has excellent Passive Noise Reduction for the entry level pilot (which I am) whom doesn't want to fork out big bucks for a noise cancelling set. He was right. I strapped this on for my first real flight at the controls and it was even better than the older set he gave us to use on intercom.
The per ear volume adjust is great.
The mic pickup is good.
The ear seals are comfortable.
I was worried about the weight, but that doesn't seem to be a problem. The fit is great too.
Cons
Well, I don't know if it's the original flight gear bag or the headset, but it barely fits in the headset carrier.
General Comments
I cannot attest to durability myself, but the my friend has had his David Clark headsets for over a decade.
I heartily reccomend this as a midrange set for the beginner pilot.

As a student pilot I don't have a wealth of experience with many headsets but this one was recommended by my instructor (who has over 10k hours) as the best PNR out there from one of the best manufacturers. It is very comfortable, sound quality and noise dampening is much better than the cheaper set I was previously using.
Not sure about the durability yet, with only about 20 hours of use on the set, but with a 5-year warranty it's hard to go wrong.

This product has helped me tremendously. It is alot better than the headphones that are uncomfortable and have to be adjusted every few minutes. With this David Clark H10-60 Headset I can feel comfortable, I can hear everything that is necessary, It is even easy to use, pack in a flight bag, and reliable. I have already used it in some rough conditions and I have yet to encounter and problems with this product.
Overall....EXCELLENT!!! It is worth every dime spent. It is a very good investment.

Excellent, durable headset. I had the David Clark H10-13.4 and I sold that for this one. Overall they are very similar but I like this one because of the adjustable tension on the domes. Excellent value because of the quality and customer service David Clark provides.
