I misunderstood about connection of cords and oreded wrong.
but Sporty's accepted my request and shiped corrected one faster. Sporty's service is really good and I recommend this product.

Great headset to own for doing a lot of communicating with ATC. I also own a David Clark that I used for all my private piloting without IFR it was decent and acceptable, but this is definitely the one to have for constant communication with everyone in the Instrument Atmosphere.
