Cons
The only con I have found with this jacket is that wind tends to seep in through the upper zipper area (the area in which the zipper stops near the collar), however it is not that big of a bother.
General Comments
This jacket is everything I hoped it would be: durable, wind-resistant, relatively waterproof, and it also looks good. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relatively inexpensive jacket that performs well both in-flight and on the ground.
It also has kept me warm in light snowy conditions and in temperatures in the low 30's. However, this is not a jacket meant for colder-weather situations (such as negative temperatures).

Some wind comes through the zipper area when really windy. (Like flying)
The zipper sometimes jams and you need to sort of lift the fabric up when zipping shut so it doesn't jam.

Very professional looking, good quality, very comfortable. I was surprised at how soft this jacket is. Great for if you need something extra over top for the cooler days.
Cons
On extremely windy days, I noticed the wind pass through only slightly. As with any light jacket, I would recommend something heavier for cold winters. But this will keep you warm down into the low 40's.
