As advertised. Seems nice. I've seen better from the Japanese, but this is fine. With the inflated prices on everything these days I expect it would cost as much to build your own.
Cons
Well, I have used mine only twice, can't say anything about reliability. I don't like the overall problem of having to deal with a bundle of wires in the cockpit, but that isn't the fault of this device.

better overall solutions may exist, I dunno. I'd like to see standardization in these radios, so we could have a holster with internal contacts that connect to the radio's. The holster could be permanently mounted & wired in.
But this adapter is fine in the world we live in today.

I read all of the reviews before buying. I agree that it may not be a super high quality adapter, but it IS WELL MADE. With usual care like should be taken, I expect it to serve me well for a long time. I have seen other adapters that do the same function for as high as $85.00 No need to waste money on those. I would rather put my money toward more avgas!

This is more of a radio complaint, but the microphone does not work when plugged into the radio through the cable. I expected the microphone switch on the radio to activate the microphone on the headseat, but it does not. It was unclear in both the radio instructions and the details on the website for this cable assembly. Therfore I have to leave the microphone unplugged, and just use the headphone side. A Little inconvenient, but useable, and should be detailed better on the website or related instructions for both the cable and SP-200.
