Handy reference material printed on board. Pencil/pen holder. Pencil/pen holder is easily adjusted to accommodate different sizes. Cons Pencil/pen holder is easily adjusted to accommodate different sizes. It's easy to inadvertently make it smaller or wider,so it can distract you trying to put the pencil back in it. Not a heavy distraction, but takes your eyes away from flying for a few seconds. General Comments I really like mine. The pencil holder on this model makes all the differnce for me.

Overall Rating Durability Reliablity Value Usability Expectations	Pros There is SOME good information on the stick-on chart. I like the size and simplicity of this kneeboard. I'm glad I didn't get the tri-fold. Cons The clip across the top has a void in the middle where it won't hold paper. This is a design flaw. I would like to put a note card there for certain quick reference information and note taking, however, the clip only "holds" on the outer points. The utensil retainer is basically defective due to it's less than sound quality. I don't see it holding up much longer. General Comments It's a clipboard with a utensil holder. Even though I'm not completely happy with the utensil holder OR the clip part of the clipboard; the item is useful and even helpful.

I've actually broken 2 pencils trying to remove it from the holder. A mechanical pencil works fine with it (ie..won't break). General Comments Good buy for the typical VFR pilot.

This new board has better graphics, a better pen and paper holder and a more comfortable and reliable leg strap (it's greater width makes it more comfortable and durable). Cons The clip was apparently crooked when I got it, and would not firmly hold papers on the left side of the clip. Problem was fixed by filing down the rubber endpiece on the right side to reduce the height, and both sides now clamp firmly. The VFR information sticker was also slightly wrinkled. General Comments
