It does what it's meant to do, and is easy to carry around. I was sitting on two pillows with a pillow behind me before I got this. It's definetely practical.
Cons
It is smaller than I thought it would be. It still works, but if you are basically bigger than a 15 year old I'd go for the larger size. I'm 19 but little so it works, but for most I'd go ahead and spring for the larger.
It's expensive considering that it's just a cushion. But, it's one of the cheapest you can find..so not really a reason not to get it. Plus, if you fly often, it's for sure worth it.

Nice seat, comfortable, made well, easy to transport and really helps reach and see (much more than using a pillow)! The pocket in back nice to have as well.

I am 5 ft and a 100 lbs and I always buy the small of everything, however, this is REALLY small. This is more of a small child size. I think it would be too small for my kids even, unless you don't mind hanging off of the sides. I would like to know what size this was created for and have it listed with the product. The larger size is quite a bit bigger. It would be nice to have something in between.

The reason I can't give this a good rating was because it is of no use to me, as it is so small and so short. I know, I read the dimensions, but the larger one just seemed way too big. So I ordered the small--I AM small...but it was SO small that it was literally useless for me. It is truly more a child's size and seems it should be advertised as such. I had to re-order and buy the larger one--perfect.

I tried looking for other cushions to reach the rudder pedals but I didn't find any other cushions for a lesser value or equal performance. This Elevator Cushion holds its thickness throughout the flight unlike regular cushions.
