This product is everything I hoped it would be, I'm new to flying as a Lightsport pilot student. I have found it to be very helpful with my training...The buttons push fine and the sliding cover works great.
Cons
A Indiglo back light would be nice.
General Comments

Really good tool to carry around. I got it took time to get use to it. Really helpful to have the contrast adjustable. Used it for my Cross Country flight planning and my first solo cross country and was really really helpful and took the work load off. My instructor has a Jeppessen computer and he didnt like it. He prefers this one. Threw my manual E6-B to the drawer and dont plan to use until further notice :D. High recommendable. Has a timer and also displays zulu time. This device has a auto shut of after certain time and if you have the timer running it will still keep track of it.
Cons
Nothing, highly recommendable

Overall a very great flight computer, battery life is good with an auto shutoff because i always forget to shut it off. The instruction manuel makes it simple to operate, with pratice problem to get you aquainted with it. I found it makes filing a flight plan more accurate and less time consuming. I really enjoy the CX-2 with a ton of extra options that include calulating cloud base, weights/balance, fuel burn, fuel rate and so on.
Cons
None
General Comments
So far with my extensive use of the CX-2 I have found it very reliable and very ease to learn and use. In my personal opinion the CX-2 is great and i have not one thing negitive to say.

Nice size to hold in your hand. Seems durable.
Cons
The display is extremely dim. I don't know how I will be able to read the display in a bright cockpit or when there is any glare. This product would greatly benifit from a higher contrast screen, its almost unusable except in perfect lighting conditions.

VERY easy to use. It's also a very intuitive unit as well. I think this E6B is easier to use than the Sportys E6B.
Cons
Does not do as many functions as I expected.
General Comments
A little pricey for what it can actually do but I would recvomend it over the Sportys E6B.

Pros
This is a handy flight computer. It speeds up calculation times by linking calculations together. It worked well on my written test.
Cons
This computer will not calculate everything that a simple and less expensive E6B will calculate such as off course problems. I also had trouble with the plastic case cover being very hard to remove and the protective foam peeling up on the edges. Some hot glue was a quick fix but it would be nice if you did not have to work on it when you get it out of the box.
General Comments
This computer is a nice addition to a flight bag. However it requires about as much time to learn to use as a standard E6B and cost much more. If you are just into having gadgets this computer is nice. Even though I had some negative remarks I still use this computer and it works well.

Pros
What a great calculator. It does everything you need to plan your flight, do weight and balance and aircraft performance calculations, etc. Basically, everything the E6B does, but easier and faster (for me).
Cons
Not a real con, per se, but it does take a while to get used to all the menus and where all the calculations are. It really helps to play around with it and do some practice problems before actually putting it into a live situation (e.g. in the cockpit or the FAA Knowledge Test).
