Originally used for training Air Force pilots for their IFR renewals, the weather computer is great for pre-flight planning, as a training aid, a quick weather reference and in flight. Provides useful information on frontal and air mass weather in detail along with cross sections of the five general types of thunderstorms and general types of icing conditions. "Whiz-wheel" design helps pilots quickly match existing conditions with appropriate actions to be taken. Measures 8" dia.

Pros
It's a very well laid out quick weather reference guide. The best feature is that it includes a METAR decoder on the front and a quick surface chart weather model legend.
Cons
Since this is a new purchase, I am not sure how durable and reliable the actual material it is printed on will last. It's a very thick, posterboard type material but the downside it does not have any plastic lamination.
General Comments
For student and non-instrument rated pilots, it's a useful tool to keep in the flight bag.
