Why DVD?
The tremendous capacity of Sporty's dual-layer DVDs allows the entire 14-hour Private course to fit on only 6 discs, yet they still offer twice the sharpness of VHS, and over 4 times the resolution of CD-ROM video courses. All of the "competitors" use single-layer discs in their DVD courses. The Interactive DVD format allows the viewer to go back and forth from the instructional material to the test questions, and to easily move among the various study segments on either TV set-top players or DVD-video-equipped computers. Test questions can be attempted as many times as necessary, and the student will know instantly whether the correct test answer was selected. A brief explanation of why the choice is correct or incorrect is also included. Run Time: 14 hours, 13 minutes.
