Quality construction includes high impact ABS plastic earcups and chrome-plated, hardened spring steel hardware. Self-adjusting earcups with soft polyurethane cushions will stay soft and pliable for years. An adjustable headband provides comfort to users with differing head sizes and shapes. M-90 (M-80 on S-40H) amplified electret microphone includes windscreen and is noise-canceling. The fully articulating S-40 mic boom assembly may be rotated 180° for use on the right or left side. I am in my sixties (64) and can only wish that the volume could be just a tweak louder,but it may be due to the aircraft type that I have built. I like the headset and speak highly of it.

I'm just a student, and have only used them a few times so far. But, I have used an assortment of loners and didn't have these problems with any of them. But, I'll keep making adjusments. Maybe I'll get them right. But the old saying usually holds true, "You get what you pay for."
