General Comments
I didn't rate durability & reliability as I just got it.
I will say though that the catalog description doesn't do it justice. I know that the ad copy must be short, but it does so much more than described.
It can be used: 1) White flashlight alone, 2) White flashlight with red flashing wand, 3) Red flashing wand alone, 4) Solid red wand alone.
I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet as our event got rained out.
I'm impressed with it so far, though!

These batons are very visable and have 5 different light settings--much larger than you may expect.
Cons
The handle that houses the battery is made of plastic and is not all that strong. If you are going to use these in a professional capacity like being a Ramp person the handles simply don't hold up to the stress we put on them. I have had to modify mine by adding plumbing couplings over the handles. These would be great if the handles were made of metal or if made of a durable rubber in case they fall.
General Comments
I would like to see them offered a bit smaller so they fit in the holster and with a rubber or metal handle so they could stand up to the rigors of the job. The LED tube really stands out on the tarmac.

Lanyard and belt clip are great. This wand really lights up and various operating modes are effective!
Cons
A raised ring around the switch is needed to prevent accidentally turning the wand on when it is laid down. The exposed switch can be too easily activated if the wand is laid on a hard surface, leading to battery drain.
