General Comments
For the Instructor that is very busy this product is very helpful. It gives the instructor the flexibility to teach his students without taking time out of his schedule to create lesson plans. This lets the instructor review before a ground lesson with a student the information that is required and leaves out any unneeded information.

The books are a good lesson planning guide for helping the CFI remember to cover all the items required in training.

A smaller format with more pages may be more useful for on the job activities.

It was good to find all inclusive lesson planning guides to help me remember all the building blocks for training someone. I am trying to get recertified as a CFII after a 20 year lapse of instructing. This was an excellent way to "put it all together" for lesson planning.

The information is laid out very well. It is well organized and offers a good way to really keep track of flight vs. ground hours as well as how the student is doing on specific maneuvers.
The ground material is a bit condensed and somewhat cluttered looking on the page, but the diagrams are great (of the gyroscopic instruments, as well as aerodynamics).

This set is specific to airplanes, and I am working on my helicopter CFI. :) I knew this when I bought the collection -- I am using it to assist me in organizing my lesson plans for helicopter specific training. It has been really helpful so far.
