It is a step-by-step, lesson-by-lesson guide to completing your flight training in a logical, structured manner. Adherence to this training curriculum will assure that all necessary training requirements are met as defined by the FAA and that your flight training will coincide with the DVD course. Ground lessons can be integrated with the flight lessons using the Time Allocation Table as a guide. There is also space for evaluation by your flight instructor to document your proficiency in each task so that the Training Course Outline can serve as your permanent training record.
Each lesson within the Training Course Outline is now indexed to Sporty's DVDs. A "required study" section provides the exact volumes and segments to be reviewed for each lesson. This format also allows you to properly prepare in advance for the time spent with your flight instructor and allows that time to be spent more efficiently. 72 pages.

I think the course is all you need to prepare for the PP Certification but because I have not completed the course I do not know for sure at this time. I grade the testing DVD format as a 9, excellent!
Cons
I had a chance to preview one of the other courses prior to buying sportys and I must say I felt the other course was more comprehinsive. I also discovered that two of the DVD had problems grading test scores but was quickly replaced by sportys.
