Keep all of your hors d’oeuvres the right temperature
Made of 18/8 stainless steel, the Thermal Hot/Cold Serving Tray contains a heat-sensitive gel core which allows warm foods to stay at their appropriate temperature and chilled foods to stay cool and fresh. When using heated foods, place tray in the oven for up to 6 minutes. When using cool foods, place tray in refrigerator for up to 2 hours. Whether heating or cooling, hot foods will stay warm and cold foods will stay cool for up to 2 hours. Tray measures 14" diameter.
