Unlike traditional patio umbrellas made with wood or steel ribs, these resilient, durable umbrellas are made with flexible fiberglass ribs that can absorb wind gusts without breaking. Originally built for use at hotels, country clubs and resorts, these Umbrellas last four to five times longer than standard household models for years of enjoyment. Even the molded nylon joints, hubs and end tips stay strong, and won't deteriorate in salt air. Poles are rust-proof, powder coated aluminum. Canopies are made of marine-grade Sunbrella® fabric that holds up under intense sunlight and driving rain. Base not included. Frame color is bronze; specify brick red, khaki or forest green canopy.
