IFR: A Structured Approach
"Several people suggested this book for people interested in instrument flying, and I think it was well worth the time to read. Definitely keep in mind that this book is not an introductory instruction book, as it does not dive into many of the simple explanations/definitions that someone would need if they've never been exposed to the language of instrument flying. However, I've done enough reading on the subject to have a working knowledge of IFR flying, so I was able to enjoy the book without getting bogged down with unknown terms or procedures. I'm an instrument-pilot-wannabe since I only have my private. This book does do an excellent job of exposing the reader to what an ideal IFR training session would look like. I can't wait to start my IFR training and I hope that my experience will come close to what I've been exposed to in this book!"
