Cons While it is all simple, there is SO much information covered that it gets boring pretty quickly. I appreciated how easy it was to follow and how the explanations were slow and detailed. I am definitley going to keep this in my library and for sure watch it again, I think I will learn more the second time. Cons none that I can think of. I found some useful information in this video but a lot of it I learned already making my first flight as the pilot was a very good teacher. I thought this video would be a good way to put to rest any misgivings he might have about flying. He enjoyed the video and we made plans to do some sightseeing in the Cherokee in the near future. The video did a good job explaining just what happens while flying a small plane. Cons Couldn't find any. General Comments Great way to allay a non-pilot's fears.

I think this helped my wife. Cons I'm going to hold off the IFR portion right now until she's more comfortable. I'm afraid it may be TMI (to much information) General Comments I wish they'd stuck Collins in this video (Gee Shucks little lady a few bumps won't hurt this big ol plane).

Flows nicely and has good flowing graphics Cons This video is over the heads of most non fliers. A bit too technical. Needs to cater more to the true non flier and even more to someone who has never flown before. Not what was expected. A bit pricey for what you get. General Comments

I thought that this would make a good introduction of the sport to pass around to friends/family, but it really doesn't fit that bill, unless you pause it often and fill in the gaps. It is a great idea that needs to be reworked. General Comments

Viewing on DVD is much more helpful than just reading in a book. Cons Could have started a level below this, explaining some of the terms of flying first.
