Eligibility
In order to qualify as a Sporty's Dealer, your business must provide flight training or pump aviation gasoline. The initial dealer order must equal at least $500 (net). The dealer application must be completed to be considered as a dealer.

Advertising Policy
Sporty's dealers are expected to promote Sporty's products on their premises. Dealers are strictly prohibited from advertising or promoting Sporty's products by any means of mass media including, but not limited to, television, radio, computer networks and catalogs.

Note: FAA charts are specifically exluded from this advertising policy.

Ordering Information
• Sporty's will accept dealer orders via mail, fax, or internet.

• In order to receive a discount, at least two of an item must be ordered.

• Payment must accompany all dealer orders and may be in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover or a check.

Shipping & Handling
Dealer orders are shipped FOB Batavia. Actual shipping charges will be invoiced upon shipment.

Videos
Dealers are not permitted to rent Sporty's videos to their customers.

Copyrighted Materials
Under no circumstances shall any of our copyrighted materials be reproduced in any form.

Minimum Advertised Price Policy
Sporty's has establised a Minimum Advertised Price for all Sporty's products.

This policy applies to all forms of dealer advertising including mailings, in-store signs, displays at consumer exhibitions and shows and any and all other forms of advertising media, including, without limitation, the internet and any other electronic network. Any price information relating to Sporty's Products on an internet website which can be accessed directly through any hypertext link or by any other method which uses the hypertext transfer protocol (http) is considered to be advertising for purposes of this policy. Electronic mail sent in direct response to a customer inquiry is not considered to be advertising.

It is Sporty's unilateral policy to cease supplying for a period of ninety (90) days, the product in question to any dealer whose advertising of a product (i) fails to display prominently the product's price; or (ii) contains a price lower than the minimum advertised price set forth in the current Sporty's catalog.

Note: FAA charts are specifically excluded from this minimum advertised price policy.

Return Policy
Sporty's will accept dealer returns for refund or exchange for a period of 60 days after purchase. Merchandise must be in resaleable condition. FAA charts are not returnable.

FAA Chart information

• Dealers shall not sell obsolete charts
• FAA charts will be sold at no more than list price (tax and shipping may be added)
• Dealers should not communicate with FAA about charts; please contact Sporty’s
• Dates of latest editions will be made available to dealers on a regular basis
